When anxiety starts affecting your family, everyday life can feel harder than it should. For children, anxiety may show up as constant worry, emotional overwhelm, trouble sleeping, or difficulty calming down. For parents, it can feel like carrying stress, mental overload, and the pressure of trying to support everyone.

What Is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training method that helps regulate brain activity involved in attention, mood, and cognitive performance. During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp to measure brainwave activity. Your brain then learns to self-regulate through visual cues. Over time, the brain learns to develop healthier patterns associated with focus, calm, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

Helping the brain regulate stress and worry patterns that can affect daily life.

Supporting healthier brain regulation related to mood, motivation, and emotional balance.

Support for attention regulation, distractibility, mental overload, and task completion challenges.

Helping calm dysregulated stress responses associated with trauma.

Supporting healthier brain patterns involved in sleep and recovery.

Support tailored to individual regulation, attention, and nervous system functioning.

Helping support focus, regulation, and recovery following concussion or brain injury.

Supporting brain regulation patterns that may be linked with migraine symptoms.
Before We Do Anything, We Map the Brain.
Think of it like an X-ray. A doctor wouldn't treat a broken bone without first seeing where the break is. We don't start neurofeedback without knowing exactly which areas of the brain need support, your child's or your own. Every child and adult experiences anxiety differently. That’s why we don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach.
A qEEG brain map is a 40-minute, non-invasive session. A sensor cap reads brainwave activity while you or your child sits and relaxes; no needles, no radiation, no discomfort. What comes back is a detailed picture showing exactly where the brain is over-firing, under-firing, or out of sync.
This is how treatment stops being guesswork.
Over-activity, under-activity, and dysregulation, mapped to the specific anxiety symptoms you or your child have been experiencing, not a general diagnosis.
It's not an MRI. It's not intimidating, even for kids. You sit and relax, and the cap does the work. One visit. No discomfort.
A qEEG brain map is $299. A personalized look at your child's or your own brain patterns to help guide your neurofeedback plan.
